The Services of Residential Property Consultants are also available to those who live overseas or interstate, who are looking to buy a home and/or an investment property in Sydney.  Through our premium package, the Complete Sydney Property Search, we are in a great position to help people living outside Sydney who are unable to be here to effectively assess all available properties.

RPC understands the additional requirements and special challenges of buying property remotely. We will ensure that all details are taken care of in the event you are unable to be here to organise them yourself. We are able to coordinate all aspects of property search and purchase on your behalf.
When we find properties that we believe meet your brief, we will arrange photographs and information to be uploaded onto your personal client page on our website. You will have easy, private access to see the property and its surroundings for yourself.
We encourage clients who are unable to travel to Sydney to inspect a property themselves to find a colleague, friend or family member to view the property for you.
We are able to organise Powers of Attorney where necessary, or act as a professional property manager to ensure a tenant is found and the property is well-maintained.
