Our Vendor Service is custom tailored for every home that is offered for sale through Residential Property Consultants.

The first step in engaging the services of RPC is to contact us to arrange a market appraisal of your property. One of our property consultants will arrange a suitable time to come to your property for a free, no obligation consultation, where we will give you professional advice, a realistic market opinion for your property and discuss the most effective method of sale for your particular circumstances. These methods include Private Treaty and Public Auction.

The property consultant will also help you select the RPC services that are right for you and advise you of the professional fees for those services.

Marketability

The typical real estate agent charges commission for the sale of a property. This is usually a percentage of the eventual sale price, which may mean that even though your property is highly marketable and sells in the first week, you pay the same commission as someone who's house takes 6 months to sell. Or even worse, you pay more commission than the other person, simply because your house sold for more. In either case, the real estate agent may provide no discernible difference in service.

At RPC, our professional fees are based on the real cost of our professional services. In the case of marketing a property for sale, our professional fees are primarily based on the marketability of your home, because the harder it is to sell your home, the more time we will need to spend on it.

We will assess the current marketability of your property and where necessary suggest ways to improve that marketability to obtain the best price in the shortest time. Based on our assessment, we will advise you what our professional fees will be. Our professional fee for selling your home is only payable where there is an exchange of contracts that proceeds to settlement.

We are confident our professional fee for selling your property will be substantially lower than any commission structure the typical real estate agent will charge.
