This package is best suited to:

• Those who don’t have the time or interest in researching the property market
• Those who want to deal with a single property professional as opposed to dealing with multiple agents
• Those who have a limited budget and as a consequence are willing to do their own property negotiations

   Services Included:

• Research of available properties based on client specifications
• Providing of written property appraisal reports for up to 5 properties, including images
• Providing of local area demographic reports
• Arranging private property viewings and attending with the client
• Referrals to solicitors/conveyancers, finance brokers, etc., as requested
• Conducting a post service completion conference with the client

Professional Fee: $1500 + GST (Payable upon commencement)

Premium Package: Complete Sydney Property Search
This package is best suited to:

• Those desiring a full service professional buying option that minimises the amount of time they need to spend securing the purchase of a property
• Those living outside of Sydney or who spend a good deal of their time out of town
• Property investors

 Services Included

• Research of available properties based on client specifications
• Providing of written property appraisal reports, including images
• Providing of local area demographic reports
• Providing of residential street reports
• Arranging private property viewings and attending with the client
• Referrals to solicitors/conveyancers, finance brokers, etc., as requested
• Arranging and attending pre-purchase inspections – i.e. pest, building, surveyor, etc.
• Negotiating the purchase of a property
• Attending the signing of contracts, as required
• Attending the pre-settlement inspection with the client
• Organising and attending to the key collection, so the client can focus on moving in
• Conducting a post service completion conference with the client

Service Retainer: $1500 + GST (Payable upon commencement)

Professional Fee: $8000 + GST (Payable upon exchange of contract)

Streamline Package – Appraisal and Negotiation

This package is best suited to:

• Those who enjoy researching and viewing properties, but wish to have a professional appraise and negotiate the best price for a property purchase
• Those who have located a suitable property and want a property professional to ensure they do not pay more than the market value

Services Included:

• Detailed viewing of the property
• Providing of a written property appraisal report
• Providing of a local area demographic report
• Referrals to building inspectors, solicitors/conveyancers, finance brokers, etc., as requested
• Negotiating the purchase of the property
• Attending the signing of contracts, as required
• Conducting a post service completion conference with the client

Professional Fee: $3000 + GST (Payable upon exchange of contract)

Auction Package – Auction Bidding

This package is best suited to:

• Those who have located an auction property that they wish to purchase, but are uncomfortable with the auction process
• Those who cannot physically attend the auction due to other commitments

Services Included:

• Attending pre-auction viewing of the property
• Attending auction and bidding as per written instructions
• Negotiating under auction terms on the day of the auction, as necessary and as per written instructions
• On successful bidding/negotiation, attending the signing of contracts
• Conducting a post service completion conference with the client

Service Retainer: $300 + GST (Payable upon commencement)

Professional Fee: $1000 + GST (Payable upon exchange of contract)  

Appraisal Package – Property Appraisal

This package is best suited to:

• Those who are happy to do their own property research, but wish to have a professional provide an independent appraisal of a property before they purchase
• Those who want a second opinion with regard to the fair market price of a property

• Detailed viewing of the property
• Providing of a written property appraisal report
• Providing of a local area demographic report

Professional Fee: $400 + GST (Payable upon commencement)
